During Design Week Portland 2016, I co-founded and produced an event which aimed to create a forum for roles on the operations side of the design industry. The goal was to lift the veil on how exactly producers, project managers, and account folks contribute to creative businesses and why they are vital to their success. The event debuted at DWP 2016 as one of the top attended events that year.
